Challenges Galore!

I've just made a card for a colour challenge on Alisa's blog....just can't resist a colour challenge these days (nice change from the challenges involving a toddler!)
I've used my 'old' favourite stampset bodacious bouquet and sincere salutations for the sentiment. I 'rock and rolled' the flowers with apricot appeal and pumpkin pie and the leaves with certainly celery and old olive. The background paper is pumpkin pie DSP (which is not clear in this photo unfortunately) and petals and paisleys DSP. The centre of the flowers have a sprinkle of dazzling diamonds.
All the best with your challenges today whatever they may be!

Oh, so lovely!

This "Oh, so lovely" stamp set is one you can earn free as a hostess gift. I loved the colour combination of river rock and real red used by a guest at a workshop last week so have based this card on those colours. I've stamped the river rock card base with the linen background stamp and the chocolate chip card with a stamp from the itty bity backgrounds set.
So many ideas to try & so little time!

Must dash!

Colour Challenge #10

So many stampers are blogging about the wonderful colour challenges by the exceptionally talented Kristina Werner, so I decided to get involved and give this week's challenge a go. It's not easy but is really inspiring! The colour combination is as shown in the photo below.
My card uses Fabulous Flowers and Happy Everything stamp sets.

Check out Kristina's blog for more information and inspiration.

Bye for now!
